1. Legal return period
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return without having to justify your decision.
2. General conditions of acceptance
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if:

The request is made within 14 days of receipt

The product is intact, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

All accessories and instructions are included

Proof of purchase is provided
Any item returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted.
3. Return procedure
Before any return, the customer must send a request to support@maxximumstore.com specifying:

The order number

The article(s) concerned

The reason for the return or exchange
We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and the appropriate address. No returns should be made without this prior confirmation.
4. Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
5. Processing time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a return or exchange is processed within 5 to 10 business days . The customer is notified by email at each stage (receipt, validation, sending of the new product or refund).
6. Product Exchange
If an exchange is requested (size, color, different item), we will ship the new product upon receipt and validation of the returned product. Reshipping fees may apply.

8. Deadlines to remember
