1. Right to reimbursement

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , customers in the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

2. Conditions of eligibility for reimbursement

A product is eligible for reimbursement if:

  • It is returned within 14 days of receipt

  • It has not been used or damaged

  • It is in its original packaging, with all accessories and instructions.

  • It is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

The following products are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased on sale or as a special offer

  • Products not returned in their original condition

3. Refund procedure

To request a refund, the customer must contact our customer service at: support@maxximumstore.com , specifying the order number, the reason for the return, and attaching photos of the product if necessary.

Once the request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Returns should not be made without prior authorization.

4. Processing times

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 45 calendar days . The refund will be issued via the customer's original payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent when the refund has been issued.

5. Return costs

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

6. Cases of defective products

If the product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In this case, a full refund or replacement will be offered at no additional cost.
